Your 2014 Acura RDX Headlight Setup
Acura positioned the 2014 RDX as a practical luxury compact SUV — reliable, well-equipped, and engineered to go hundreds of thousands of miles. The headlights, however, don't always keep up with that longevity. The 2014 Acura RDX headlight bulb size is H11 for the low beams and 9005 for the high beams, with H8 bulbs in the fog lights. Standard trims came with halogen projector headlights, producing decent but unremarkable light output compared to the HID systems found on competing luxury SUVs like the Lexus RX and BMW X3.

The 2014 RDX uses projector-style headlight housings, which produce better beam control than reflector housings — meaning an LED or HID upgrade in this vehicle will look focused and clean rather than scattered.
