Returns & Exchanges

Return Policy:

  • Returns must be requested and approved by our team. Contact – sales@hidnation.com
  • Returns must be initiated and requested within 30 days of the order date.
  • All products must be returned in the original packaging and condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email and issue an e-gift card for the value of the returned items, less shipping costs.
  • E-gift cards will be issued to the email address which the order was placed through.
  • E-gift card/store credit can be used on any item(s) from the HIDNation.com website and has 1 year expiration from the date of issue. (Date order return or refund processed)
  • A 10% Restocking fee will be charged for all returned items.
  • Please note: There is a 5-10 day turn around time for all returns/exchanges.

 

Exchange Procedure:

  • Exchanges must be request and approved by our team. Contact – sales@hidnation.com
  • Exchanges must be made within 30 days of the order date.
  • To be eligible for an exchange item(s) must be in new and unused condition.
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping.
  • There is a $7.99 shipping fee that will be charged for the exchange – an invoice will be emailed to you once the replacements are ready to ship.  Any amount owed to the customer will be issued through an e-gift card/store credit.  
  • Please note: There is a 5-10 day turnaround time for all returns/exchanges.

 

Incomplete/Damaged/Broken Products

  • If your order arrives incomplete, damaged, or broken please contact us at sales@hidnation.com.
  • Additional information and/or pictures may be required from you.

 

Cancelling Your Order

  • To cancel your order please contact us at sales@hidnation.com
  • If your order has already shipped, it can no longer be cancelled – a return can be authorized once you receive your package.

 

Warranty Procedure:

  • Please contact us at sales@hidnation.com
  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping once the warranty claim has been approved.
  • Once received, the new replacement(s) will be shipped to you.
  • There is a $9.99 Shipping fee that will be charged. (we will email you a link to check out when the replacements are ready to ship).
  • Please note: There is a 5-10 day turn around time. Please see our expedited warranty procedure to receive replacement items within a shorter timeframe.

 

Expedited Warranty Procedure (link in the bottom of landing page under Catalog):

  • An expedited warranty is only extended to customers who have purchased a lifetime warranty.
  • Defective components are replaced without you needing to send them in for a physical warranty replacement.
  • If processing bulbs, please include your bulb type and color in the comments section at checkout.
