A BiXenon control harness is the relay harness used for dual filament HID bulbs (BiXenon bulbs only) to switch between low beam and high beam functions in a two-headlamp system. It comes with two connectors that plug into both sides of the HID kit and one bulb-specific plug that connects to the car factory harness on one side for power.
